Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CleverCircuit: Brain Games (the “App”) handles information. The App is provided by Aleksandr Koroviakovskii, Individual Entrepreneur, Georgia (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

In short: the App does not require an account, does not contain advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking. Your profiles, settings, training history, progress, and saved game state are kept locally on your device and are not sent to us.

Information stored on your device

The App stores the information needed to provide its features locally on your device. This may include:

profile names and selected profile settings;
language, appearance, accessibility, and workout preferences;
training history, answers, results, progress, and statistics;
saved exercise and game state.

We do not operate a server that receives this information.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your payment-card details. The App may receive purchase status, product identifier, entitlement status, and expiration information from Apple so that it can unlock the appropriate features. Apple handles this information under its own privacy policy.

Device backups

Depending on your Apple device and iCloud settings, Apple may include the App’s local data in a device or iCloud backup. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, not by us.

Tracking, advertising, and analytics

The App does not track you across apps or websites. It does not contain advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or personalized advertising technologies.

Children’s privacy

The App is designed for a general audience, including families. Because no account is required and App activity is not sent to us, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the device and any App Store purchases.

Deleting your data

You may remove the App’s locally stored data by deleting the App from your device. A device or iCloud backup may restore data if you later reinstall the App; backup management is available in your Apple device settings.

These legal and support pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit them, GitHub may process technical information such as an IP address and browser data for security and service operation. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
